2009 Johnnie Walker Classic
First played in 1990, the PGA European Tour Johnnie Walker Classic attracts top-ranking golfers from all over the world. In line with the Johnnie Walker slogan “Keep walking”, the event moves to a different location in the Asia Pacific region each year. So far, the Johnnie Walker Classic has been played in seven countries – Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Singapore, Australia, Philippines and Taiwan – and at 12 different golf clubs. In 2008, the tournament was, for the first time, be hosted in India at the DLF Golf & Country Club near New Delhi.
The 2009 Johnnie Walker Classic is due to be played from 19 - 22 February 2009, and will be returning to Perth, Australia, at the Vines Resort & Country Club.
